Thoughts on the Kindle

I mentioned in a previous post how I like to read most of my books on my Kindle. I have the 3G Kindle Keyboard as well as a Kindle Fire and have gotten spoiled because I feel like I can't have just one or the other: I need both. These are the ones that I have.



I like the Kindle keyboard for reading because it's very light and you can read in the sun or anywhere else except the dark where I use a clip on book light. And I love the free 3G so I can download books anywhere. The glare on the Fire screen is so intense, it's impossible to read outdoors and it's a bit heavier, but it's awesome for accessing the internet, music, and video content, as well as all your books. It's also better for reading in the dark because it is lighted.

I see now, though, they have the Paperwhite which seems to be just like the keyboard but with a light built in. That may be the one I need. Here it is.
